Public Sector & Bus Leasing Operation Backoffice support
**Κύρια Καθήκοντα**:
Διαγωνισμοί Δημοσίου (50% του χρόνου)
Αναζήτηση & παρακολούθηση δημοσίων διαγωνισμών στα κατάλληλα τεύχη προκηρύξεων αλλά και στις αντίστοιχες πλατφόρμες αναζήτησης.
Προετοιμασία των απαραίτητων δικαιολογητικών συμμέτοχής, σε συνεργασία με τα αρμόδια τμήματα.
Έλεγχος ολοκλήρωσης φακέλου προσφοράς διαγωνισμού.
Υποβολή προσφορών & διεκπεραίωση ηλεκτρονικών διαγωνισμών, μέσω της αντίστοιχης ηλεκτρονικής πλατφόρμας.
Εκτέλεση & διαχείριση συμβάσεων δημοσίου.
Παρακολούθηση της διαδικασίας διαγωνισμών, παραδόσεων και πληρωμών.
Ενημέρωση βάσης δεδομένων, συστημάτων ERP.
Operation Support σε Project Μίσθωσης αστικών λεωφορείων (50% του χρόνου)
Παραγγελίες ανταλλακτικών βάσει των αναγκών του αμαξοστασίου σε καθημερινή βάση
Συντονισμός και παρακολούθηση των επισκευών σε συνεννόηση με τον εργοδηγό του Project
Επικοινωνία με ασφαλιστικές εταιρίες για τη διεκπεραίωση & πληρωμή των ζημιών
Παραγωγή Report προς της διοίκηση
**Απαραίτητα Προσόντα**:
Απόφοιτος Α.Ε.Ι ή Τ.Ε.Ι. κατά προτίμηση Οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης.
Άριστες ικανότητες οργάνωσης και τήρησης προθεσμιών.
Αποτελεσματικότητα υπό συνθήκες πίεσης.
Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ (MS Office)
Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για τους άνδρες υποψηφίους).
