Role Description
Are you a people-oriented professional with a passion for hospitality?
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at Bellen Athens Hotel.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring every stay is warm, welcoming, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and a warm smile.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide information on local attractions, restaurants, and events.
- Handle reservations and respond to guest inquiries (phone, email, in person).
- Coordinate guest transportation services.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality & Tourism Management or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Greek is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, reservation systems).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
