IT Service Desk Agent (German Speaking)
IT Service Desk Agent
As anIT Service Desk Agent you will:
- Manage the full lifecycle of an incident received from customer in Issue tracking software (JIRA)
- Investigate, analyse and resolve an incident or service request
- Hand over the incident to internal teams
- Prepare documentation when needed
- Maintain standard system configurations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant IT field
- Understanding of markup languages (xml,xsd)
- Strong communication verbal & written skills. To be able to communicate with IT and Business teams (internal & external)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Fluency in English, German
