Την περίοδο αυτή αναζητούμε IT Service Desk – End User Support Engineer

Ο ρόλος έχει γραμμή αναφοράς στον IT Service Desk Supervisor

Σκοπός Θέσης

  • Η παροχή υποστήριξης στους τελικούς χρήστες, διασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή λειτουργία των τεχνολογικών υποδομών και την επίλυση τεχνικών προβλημάτων

Κύρια Καθήκοντα/Αρμοδιότητες

  • Λήψη & Διαχείριση αιτημάτων (service or support) υπαλλήλων - χρηστών πληροφοριακών συστημάτων
  • Τηλεφωνική & remote υποστήριξη αναφορικά με ΙΤ & τηλεπικοινωνιακό εξοπλισμό τελικών χρηστών
  • Επίλυση προβλημάτων σε Windows 10, Office 365, applications, ios/android, κλπ
Requirements

  • Πτυχίο AEI/ΤΕΙ/IEK στο κλάδο Πληροφορικής / Τηλεπικοινωνιών

  • Επιθυμητή εργασιακή εμπειρία 1-2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση

  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης και υποστήριξης Client εφαρμογών σε Windows λειτουργικά συστήματα
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση εγκατάστασης, παραμετροποίησης, διαχείρισης και λειτουργίας υπολογιστών & περιφερειακών συσκευών (printers , scanners , phones, tablets)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office (excel, word) ,O365, Windows Desktop OS, Windows Server & Microsoft Active Directory
  • Καλή γνώση δικτύων TCP/IP, routing, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, Firewalls
  • Επιθυμητή γνώση χειρισμού SAP
  • Επιθυμητή η κατοχή περαιτέρω πιστοποιήσεων σε συναφές αντικείμενο
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης σε ευέλικτα ωράρια/βάρδιες
