Ο πελάτης: Κορυφαία εταιρεία παραγωγής και προμήθειας ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας στην Ελλάδα, καθώς και σε άλλες χώρες της Ευρώπης.  

Περιοχή απασχόλησης: Αθήνα

Περιγραφή καθηκόντων:

  • Οι agents θα υποδέχονται τα αιτήματα των εσωτερικών χρηστών του οργανισμού. Η υποστήριξη από το helpdesk call center θα αφορά εκτός από τις εφαρμογές Microsoft Office 365 και όποια άλλη εφαρμογή ζητηθεί. (Οι agents θα πρέπει να κατανοούν βασικές έννοιες, όπως horizontal & vertical escalation, incident and problem management κλπ. και να εφαρμόζουν τις διαδικασίες του οργανισμού.
  • Επιβεβαίωση στοιχείων του χρήστη και αναλυτική καταγραφή στο πληροφοριακό σύστημα
  • Διενέργεια ελέγχων βλάβης/αιτήματος
  • Επισκευές 1ου βαθμού των συσκευών συστημάτων γραφείου (pc, οθόνες, εκτυπωτές κλπ)
  • Έλεγχος και παραμετροποιήσεις νέων συσκευών και λογισμικού
  • Εγκατάσταση και υποστήριξη συνδέσεων VPN
  • Την αντιμετώπιση/επίλυση λειτουργικών προβλημάτων
  • Την ανάπτυξη, υλοποίηση και ένταξη σε παραγωγική λειτουργία νέων εφαρμογών
  • Τις αναβαθμίσεις λειτουργικού συστήματος σταθμών εργασίας
  • Την υποστήριξη των καταστημάτων
  • Τις υπηρεσίες backup, restore και μεταφοράς δεδομένων χρηστών σε OneDrive/SharePoint
  • Την εγκατάσταση και υποστήριξη πλατφορμών για κάθε είδους τηλε-συσκέψεις (WEBEX, ZOOM, TEAMS κλπ)
  • Την εγκατάσταση και συντήρηση προγραμμάτων όπως acrobat pro, photoshop κοκ
Requirements

Απαραίτητα χαρακτηριστικά:

  • Πτυχίο από ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ: Πληροφορικής, Ηλεκτρονικών Μηχανικών
  • Εμπειρία σε τεχνική υποστήριξη 
  • Προϋπηρεσία  τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Εμπειρία ρήσης – υποστήριξης σε λογισμικά Microsoft
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες / εστίαση στις ανάγκες του χρήστη και άμεση ανταπόκριση στα αιτήματα του
  • Δεξιότητες αναγνώρισης και αντιμετώπισης κρίσιμων θεμάτων
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών
  • Πιστοποίηση Azure, θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Διαθεσιμότητα για εργασία σε βάρδιες
