Ο/Ηιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α θα συμβάλει στη διαμόρφωση μιας κουλτούρας

συνεργασίας, εξέλιξης και ευεξίας, υποστηρίζοντας τη στρατηγική του οργανισμού και

τις ομάδες του.

Ο Ρόλος

Ο/Η HR Manager θα:

  • Συντονίζει το σύνολο των HR λειτουργιών (recruitment, training, performance,compensation, employee relations).
  • Συνεργάζεται στενά με τη Διοίκηση για τον σχεδιασμό και την εφαρμογή της HR στρατηγικής.
  • Υλοποιεί δράσεις ανάπτυξης & engagement, ευθυγραμμισμένες με τις αξίες του οργανισμού.
  • Εποπτεύει και υποστηρίζει τις ομάδες στα clubs και στα κεντρικά γραφεία.
  • Συμβάλλει ενεργά στη δημιουργία ενός περιβάλλοντος που προάγει το Wellbeing, τη συνεργασία και τη συνεχή εξέλιξη.

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου

  • Πτυχίο Τριτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων,Κοινωνικές/Ανθρωπιστικές Επιστήμες, Οικονομικά ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος στη Διαχείριση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.
  • Τουλάχιστον 5 χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση, ιδανικά στους κλάδους hospitality, retail, wellness ή service.
  • Εμπειρία σε transformation projects
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών και MS Office.
  • Eνσυναίσθηση, θετική ενέργεια και ικανότητα να εμπνέει ανθρώπους και ομάδες.
