HUMAN RESOURCES RECRUITER

1.   Περιγραφή Θέσης

1.1 Αναλυτική διερεύνηση και επιλογή βιογραφικών / Διεξαγωγή συνεντεύξεων

1.2  Σύνταξη και ανάρτηση αγγελιών εργασίας για εύρεση προσωπικού

1.3  Έρευνα για Υποψήφιους από social media

1.4 
Διαφημίζει τις διαθέσιμες θέσεις στη σελίδα σταδιοδρομίας της εταιρείας, στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης, στους ιστότοπους θέσεων εργασίας και εσωτερικά

1.5 Επικοινωνία με τους υποψήφιους, προγραμματισμός και διαχείριση κύκλου συνεντεύξεων

1.6 
Προγραμματισμός και οργάνωση τελικών συνεντεύξεων με Manager/Director καθώς και CEO/Chairman εφόσον και αν χρειάζεται

1.7 
Παρακολουθεί τους βασικούς δείκτες μέτρησης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του χρόνου πλήρωσης της θέσης, του χρόνου που χρειάστηκε για την πρόσληψη και της πηγής της πρόσληψης

1.8 
Συμμετέχει σε ημερίδες σταδιοδρομίας και διοργανώνει εσωτερικές εκδηλώσεις στελέχωσης

1.9 Διαχείριση των διαδικασιών πρόσληψης/λύσης συνεργασίας και προετοιμασία των απαραίτητων έντυπων

Ένταξη των νεοπροσληφθέντων συναδέλφων στην εταιρία (ενημέρωση για τους στόχους και την φιλοσοφία της).


Δημιουργία και συντήρηση ψηφιακής βάσης δεδομένων με shortlist υποψηφίους για μελλοντικές θέσεις εργασίας

2.   Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

2.1 Απόφοιτος/η ΤΕΙ / ΑΕΙ Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή Οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης

2.2 Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε οργανωμένη Διεύθυνση Ανθρώπινων Πόρων και εξειδίκευση στο recruitment.

2.3 Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας

2.4 Απαραίτητη εμπειρία σε λογισμικό διαχείρισης προσωπικού

2.5 Άριστη γνώση MS Office και ιδιαιτέρως Excel, Word, Power Point και δεξιότητες στο reporting.

2.6 Ακεραιότητα, υπευθυνότητα, εμπιστευτικότητα και διάθεση για επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη και εξέλιξη.

2.7 Προσαρμοστικότητα και ευελιξία.

2.8 Άριστες δεξιότητες οργάνωσης, συντονισμού και επικοινωνίας.
