Our clientele consists oflarge-scale companies in the retail, services, hospitality and manufacturingsectors.
PRIMARY islooking for a Human Resources & Business Administrator to join our team inthe Athens office and contribute to managing HR & BA affairs.
You will…
- Keep HR files up to date (schedule,employees personal files, hiring docs, leave docs, quitting docs, salarymodification docs, private health insurance docs, etc.)
- Contact new candidates, arrangeinterviews, inform candidates about progress, etc.
- Perform salary payments
- Manage Head Hunters (recruitingservices)
- Manage employees bank accounts
- Liaise with: Banks, Accountants, publicservices, etc.
- Manage company procurements &respective payments
- Collect expenses invoices & submitto accountant
- Make travel arrangements
- Handle inbound calls / emails / etc.
- Assist CEO in external communications
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
You must have:
- Comfort with communicating internally& externally
- Proven work experience of at least 2years in an HR or Business Administration position
- Excellent oral & writtencommunication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the EnglishLanguage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint)
You may have:
- A University degree
- Knowledge of the Italian language
