Σύνοψη Θέσης

Η εύρυθμη και ομαλή καθημερινή λειτουργία του γραφείου και η συμμετοχή στον έλεγχο των κανόνων και διαδικασιών της εταιρείας στα θέματα διαχείρισης Ανθρωπίνου Δυναμικού. Η ενεργός συμμετοχή σε όλο το φάσμα δραστηριοτήτων του HR, που περιλαμβάνουν τους τομείς, Payroll και Com&Ben, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Policies/Procedures, Health & Safety. Επιπλέον η συνεχής ενημέρωση στα θέματα του εργατικού δικαίου και των νέων τάσεων στο HR.

Καθήκοντα

Περιλαμβάνουν, αλλά δεν περιορίζονται στα:

· Διαχείριση του κύκλου Μισθοδοσίας των εταιρειών Ομίλου, με τη συλλογή, επεξεργασία, καθημερινό έλεγχο και καταχώρηση στοιχείων παρουσίας-απουσιών του προσωπικού μέσω του συστήματος access control και την αποστολή τους στον πάροχο της μισθοδοσίας

· Διαχείριση & ενημέρωση ηλεκτρονικού και φυσικού αρχείου εργαζομένων

· Διαχείριση και συμμετοχή στη διαδικασία των προσλήψεων , αποχωρήσεων και ανανεώσεων συμβάσεων (δημιουργία των σχετικών εντύπων και ενημέρωση του παρόχου για την υποβολή τους στο ΕΡΓΑΝΗ, onboarding process, check in/check out κλπ.)

· Διαχείριση της βάσης δικαιούμενων ημερών αδείας & υπολοίπων αδείας

· Διαχείριση των προγραμμάτων βαρδιών/ επιπλέον ωρών απασχόλησης

· Έκδοση Βεβαιώσεων, ενσήμων και γενικά εξυπηρέτηση των αιτημάτων εργαζομένων Ομίλου

· Συμμετοχή στον έλεγχο και τήρηση της εργατικής νομοθεσίας καθώς και των διαφόρων νομικών υποχρεώσεων

· Υπεύθυνος για την καταχώρηση δεδομένων στο ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα, βάσεις δεδομένων & Reports

· Υπεύθυνος για την ανανέωση των συμβάσεων των τεχνικών ασφαλείας.

· Υπεύθυνος για την εφαρμογή όλης της διαδικασίας στελέχωσης (διαχείριση των job boards, οργάνωση και screening CVs, οργάνωση και υλοποίηση interviews, offer & rejection letters, οργάνωση ηλεκτρονικού και φυσικού αρχείου)

· Υπεύθυνος για την παρακολούθηση των αρχείων Αποδοχών & Παροχών (ΑΒ, Coral, Οχημάτων, κ.α. – παράδοση/αρχειοθέτηση/οικονομική παρακολούθηση)

· Συμμετοχή στη διαχείριση Reporting & KPIs του HR

· Συμμετοχή στο σχεδιασμό και αναθεώρηση των HR πολιτικών, διαδικασιών και κανόνων

· Συμμετοχή στα projects του HR (HRMS, Recruitment Tool, κλπ.)

· Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση Οργανογράμματος

· Συμμετοχή στα θέματα Learning & Development (Performance Appraisal process, Grading System, training programs)

· Επικοινωνία με αρμόδιους Δημόσιους φορείς & τακτοποίηση θεμάτων δια ζώσης όπου απαιτείται

Προσόντα και Γνώσεις

· Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση ή σχετικό ρόλο

· Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ

· Καλή γνώση Εργατικής Νομοθεσίας

· Πολύ καλή γνώση του κύκλου μισθοδοσίας

· Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας

· Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office, άριστη γνώση excel & συστημάτων HRIS

· Εμπειρία σε job interviews/job descriptions

· Οργανωτικές ικανότητες & επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες

· Ανάληψη πρωτοβουλιών, διαχείριση και επίλυση προβλημάτων

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα και Γνώσεις

· Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών με κατεύθυνση HR

· Προϋπηρεσία στον ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο
