Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our People team and support the Group's HR operations across multiple companies.

This role plays a key part in recruitment, employee experience and internal communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages recruitment processes and ensures smooth onboarding
  • Designs and analyzes employee satisfaction surveys, providing actionable insights
  • Organizes internal events and team-building activities
  • Manages internal communication platforms and monitors employee engagement
  • Coordinates performance evaluation processes and supports consistent policy implementation
  • Updates organizational charts and job descriptions in collaboration with the HR Manager
  • Represents the Group at career fairs and builds partnerships with universities and schools
  • Implements employee recognition and reward programs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role, including conducting interviews and performance evaluations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with HR platforms and internal communication tools
  • Analytical mindset and ability to deliver insights from employee data
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field
