Responsibilities:

  • Supports the various operations and processes of the Human Resources Department of Commercial Activities. Indicatively:
    Talent Acquisition:
    participation in the recruitment process for staffing the organizational units supported by the Department (preparation of job descriptions, monitoring of publication of job advertisements, coordination and/or execution of interviews).
    Learning & Development:
    data management related to the training needs of the organizational units supported by the Department, participation in the monitoring and coordination of the implementation of employee training and development programs.
    Reporting:
    creation of reports by using tools to support decision-making and action plan development
  • Provides support to employees, as an additional point of contact, in close collaboration with the relevant departments of the Group of Human Resources and Organization General Division and focuses on prompt service
  • Participates in internal communications/initiatives and contributes to the development of a positive corporate culture
  • Monitors the implementation of projects, under the responsibility of the Department, through statistical data and project management tools
  • Prepares presentations and manages large data files

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a University or College
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology or Business Administration or related subjects will be considered an additional qualification
  • Up to two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar position, with emphasis on Talent Acquisition and/or HR Reporting
  • Knowledge of Power BI will be considered an additional qualification
  • Knowledge of HRMS systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) will be considered an additional qualification
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
