Αναζητούμε HR Generalist. Ο κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α διαθέτει υψηλό επίπεδο εμπιστευτικότητας, ακεραιότητας και υπευθυνότητας, καθώς θα διαχειρίζεται ευαίσθητα θέματα και πληροφορίες του προσωπικού, αποτελώντας σημείο αναφοράς για την ομαλή λειτουργία του τμήματος.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Τήρηση εμπιστευτικότητας και διασφάλιση προστασίας προσωπικών δεδομένων.

  • Διαχείριση καθημερινών θεμάτων HR (παρουσίες, άδειες).

  • Υποστήριξη διαδικασιών πρόσληψης, αποχώρησης, εκπαίδευσης και αξιολόγησης προσωπικού.

  • Εφαρμογή πολιτικών και διαδικασιών Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.

  • Συνεισφορά στη βελτίωση της εσωτερικής επικοινωνίας και της εταιρικής κουλτούρας.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης (Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά, Ψυχολογία ή συναφές αντικείμενο).

  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης εμπιστευτικών πληροφοριών με επαγγελματισμό και διακριτικότητα.

  • Εμπειρία σε καθήκοντα HR ή διοικητικής υποστήριξης θα εκτιμηθεί.

  • Καλή γνώση εργατικής νομοθεσίας και διαδικασιών ΕΡΓΑΝΗ θα εκτιμηθεί.

  • Άριστη χρήση MS Office και εξοικείωση με HR συστήματα.

  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και αναπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
