About the Role
As an HR Generalist, you will be at the heart of our people operations, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR processes across recruitment, engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full recruitment cycle and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Manage HR administration, including employee records, annual leave.
- Support performance evaluations and feedback cycles.
- Organize internal events and employee engagement activities.
- Advise employees on HR policies and respond to requests.
- Coordinate compensation & benefits processes with management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or people operations.
- Hands-on experience with candidate screening and interviewing.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes (leaves, evaluations, policies).
- Good understanding of labor law and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English
