About The Role
As an
HR Generalist
, you will be at the heart of our people operations, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR processes across recruitment, engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full recruitment cycle and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Manage HR administration, including employee records, annual leave
- Support performance evaluations and feedback cycles
- Organize internal events and employee engagement activities
- Advise employees on HR policies and respond to requests
- Coordinate compensation & benefits processes with management
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in HR or people operations
- Hands-on experience with candidate screening and interviewing.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes (leaves, evaluations, policies)
- Good understanding of labor law and HR compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English
- Proactive mindset and problem-solving ability
