About The Role
As an
HR Generalist
, you will be at the heart of our people operations, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR processes across recruitment, engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the full recruitment cycle and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Manage HR administration, including employee records, annual leave
  • Support performance evaluations and feedback cycles
  • Organize internal events and employee engagement activities
  • Advise employees on HR policies and respond to requests
  • Coordinate compensation & benefits processes with management
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR or people operations
  • Hands-on experience with candidate screening and interviewing.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes (leaves, evaluations, policies)
  • Good understanding of labor law and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Proactive mindset and problem-solving ability
