We are looking for a dynamic and communicative
Recruiter
to join our team

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding the right people to meet the needs of our Group.

The Goody's Everest Group headquarters are located at Athens International Airport "El. Venizelos", in Spata.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver corporate presentations for the Human Resources Department (in English).
  • Conduct interviews in English for both store and administrative positions within the Group.
  • Participate in all stages of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, offboarding).
  • Post job advertisements, liaise with local newspapers, online platforms, etc.
  • Research new candidate sourcing channels (new websites, media, social media, career days).
  • Verify the validity of employment documentation.
  • Identify and select students for internships in various departments and stores of the Group.
  • Participate in the Group's Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
  • Take part in HR projects and corporate events

Required Qualifications:

  • University or Technical degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
