Ο Όμιλος Εταιριών Σπυρίδη με δυναμική Εμπορική και Βιομηχανική δραστηριότητα, αναζητά για την έδρα του στην Αθήνα, HR Recruiter με τις εξής αρμοδιότητες:

  • Δημιουργία και δημοσίευση θέσεων εργασίας σε διαδικτυακές πύλες
  • Ανεύρεση και προσέλκυση υποψηφίων μέσω αγγελιών/βάσεων δεδομένων/μέσων κοινωνικής δικτύωσης
  • Screening και αξιολόγηση βιογραφικών
  • Διεξαγωγή συνεντεύξεων χρησιμοποιώντας διάφορα αξιόπιστα εργαλεία/μεθόδους επιλογής και στελέχωσης, εντός χρονοδιαγράμματος
  • Ενημέρωση του data base της εταιρείας με τα στοιχεία των υποψηφίων
  • Παρακολούθηση και εφαρμογή βέλτιστων πρακτικών Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού
  • Διαχείριση εμπιστευτικών και ευαίσθητων πληροφοριών

Aπαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Πανεπιστημίου στη Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, στην Οργανωσιακή Ψυχολογία, στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή σε σχετικό πεδίo
  • Τουλάχιστον 3 έτη προϋπηρεσίας σε αντίστοιχο κλάδο
  • Προσανατολισμός στην επίτευξη αποτελεσμάτων
  • Αναπτυγμένη ικανότητα επικοινωνίας, ενσυναίσθησης και διαπροσωπικών σχέσεων
  • Δυναμική προσωπικότητα με υπευθυνότητα, οργανωτικές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
  • Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών και χρήσης Η/Υ
