Role Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for caregivers and support staff
  • Draft and publish job ads in Greek and English
  • Screen CVs, interview candidates, and coordinate hiring steps
  • Handle employment contracts and onboarding procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Greek labor law and internal policies
  • Maintain candidate database and hiring metrics
  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or HR officer
  • Solid knowledge of Greek labor law and employment procedures
  • Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
  • Relevant experience in the care services industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
