A leading company with a dynamic and long-standing presence in the healthcare sector in Greece and abroad, offering comprehensive solutions with a wide range of products to a highly demanding clientele, is looking to fill the position of "Customer Service Executive."

Job Description

  • Welcoming and assisting corporate clients
  • Receiving and processing orders
  • Entering orders into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Confirming product availability
  • Communicating to promote sales according to commercial policy, including suggesting alternative products based on availability and the needs of each corporate account (cross-sales, up-sales)
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth and comprehensive service for a demanding corporate client base
  • Providing after-sales support to customers with information, training materials, and product updates
  • Distributing and managing information related to the corporate accounts served by this role to the Sales department
  • Cash management
  • Issuing invoices and processing related documents

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in an organized corporate customer service department or B2B client service role
  • University degree equivalent to AEI or TEI degrees
  • Excellent secretarial, communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in commercial correspondence (B2B)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Advanced computer skills, especially MS Office
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems
  • Ability to effectively manage time and organize work
