Founded and operated by former marine engineers and technical managers, our mission is to simplify workflows, reduce costs, and improve transparency in maritime services.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Service Executive / Junior Account Manager with a shipping background and a proactive, client-focused mindset. This role blends service execution with light account management, ensuring that ship management companies receive timely, competitive service offers while also building long-term trust. The ideal candidate will combine operational discipline with curiosity, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact service providers in difficult ports to secure quotations.
  • Ensure every service request gathers 4+ offers within the first 24–48 hours.
  • Follow up with existing providers via email when notifications are missed or alternative communication is required.
  • Communicate with ship management companies to clarify service details and confirm validity of requests near ETA/ETD.
  • Use sound judgment to prioritize urgent requests, escalate when necessary, and adapt workflows.
  • Support account management by maintaining client satisfaction, collecting feedback, and reporting recurring needs to internal teams.

Requirements (Hard Skills & Competencies)

  • Background in the shipping industry with solid knowledge of maritime operations and vessel terminology. (Optional)
  • Proficiency in Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
  • Strong general computer literacy and ability to adopt new digital tools.
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
  • Critical thinking, agility, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, self-starter, and client-centric mentality with strong communication abilities.
