We are seeking an experienced, ambitious & passionate Hotel Group General Manager to lead the opening & oversee the operations of the two new hotels of one of the most prestigious hospitality groups in the center of Athens.

As a Hotel Group General Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the launch of the project and position both hotels as a benchmark for lifestyle hospitality in Athens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Manage and mentor staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain high standards for guest satisfaction and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all brand standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle guest relations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the hotel budget, including forecasting and expense control.

  • A demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience with financial management and a track record of driving profitable growth.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating meaningful guest connections.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Hotel Group General Manager or a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry, ideally within a group of city hotels
