As a Technical Support Specialist, youll ensure that digital content is accurate, meaningful, and optimized while supporting advertisers with top-quality assistance.
Your Responsibilities
Curate and extract online content tailored to industry, cultural, and market context.
Ensure logical, accurate, and impactful content extraction for digital marketing campaigns.
Write, review, and optimize advertising text, extensions, and creatives.
Apply final adjustments to campaigns in line with process quality guidelines.
Develop expertise in digital content and advertising processes, becoming a trusted point of reference.
Deliver high-quality technical support, ensuring advertiser satisfaction and success.
What Were Looking For
Spanish C2 (native-level fluency)
English B2 (upper-intermediate proficiency)
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
Basic familiarity with digital content, marketing, or technical support is a plus (training provided).
Mandatory: Ability to provide a birth certificate for employment documentation.
Salary & Benefits
1,100 EUR gross monthly salary + 300 EUR performance bonus.
