We are actively looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in our offices located in Piraeus.

As a Sales support specialist, you will be responsible for day-to day sales activities, including customer communication, excellent customer service and to ensure the availability of sufficient and valuable support to the company's sales team.

• Manage and prioritize a pipeline of potential customers, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing and commercial team to build a sales strategy for generating new prospects.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
• Develop monthly sales and inventory reports to ensure targets are met and report to Management any deviations.
• Maintain a database of all prospective customers, contact details and status of sales activity.
• Oversee contract maintenance, monitoring, and renewals and participate in discussions with management to discuss improvements on sales process.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship- building skills.
• Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of the supply chain industry is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing, or any other related field.
• 4 – 6 years in related role. Experience in International Markets will be considered an asset.
