What Youll Do:
- Selling, upselling and retention and renewal via email and phone (outbound & inbound)
- Sourcing, contact, and engage both prospective and existing clients.
- Establishing a pipeline of leads (as opposed to closing the actual deals).
- General Customer Service Support tasks
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Hebrew (C1 level or above) and advance in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer support or Sales oriented is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- All candidates must hold either EU Passport or Greek Residence Card
