About the Position:
As a Travel Agent, you'll assist clients in planning and booking their ideal travel experiences, offering expert advice to ensure seamless and enjoyable journeys. Your strong communication and organizational skills will be essential in delivering top-tier service and unforgettable adventures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help clients book travel services such as flights, accommodations, and tours
- Offer tailored recommendations based on customer preferences
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally and promptly
- Resolve booking issues and address any travel-related concerns
- Stay informed on travel trends, deals, and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
