is a leading online travel agency and software development company with over 25 years of expertise in the tourism industry. We are currently looking to expand our team by hiring experienced professionals for our offices in Piraeus.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Travel Packages & Customer Support Specialist. The role involves managing domestic travel packages and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage domestic travel packages, including overseeing bookings.
Monitor the online ferry ticket booking system and assist customers with changes or cancellations via email and chat.
Respond to customer inquiries, handle phone calls, and resolve issues efficiently.
Manage bookings for transfers, excursions, and car rentals.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 6 years' experience in organizing travel packages.
Hands-on experience with ferry ticketing systems, particularly Liknoss and Certus.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office and internet applications.
Essential Skills:
Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure.
