As a Technical Support Specialist, youll ensure that digital content is accurate, meaningful, and optimized while supporting advertisers with top-quality assistance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Curate and extract online content tailored to industry, cultural, and market context.
  • Ensure logical, accurate, and impactful content extraction for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Write, review, and optimize advertising text, extensions, and creatives.
  • Apply final adjustments to campaigns in line with process quality guidelines.
  • Develop expertise in digital content and advertising processes, becoming a trusted point of reference.
  • Deliver high-quality technical support, ensuring advertiser satisfaction and success.

What Were Looking For

  • Portuguese C2 (native-level fluency)
  • English B2 (upper-intermediate proficiency)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Basic familiarity with digital content, marketing, or technical support is a plus (training provided).
  • Mandatory: Ability to provide a birth certificate for employment documentation.
