We are growing and thus looking for an
Application Support Engineer.

If you are a passionate tech enthusiast eager to kick-start your career in a dynamic environment and excited to immerse yourself in the world of software for maritime companies, then you are a great fit.

Main Duties:

  • Deployment of Benefit products to customers' servers
  • Technical support of existing installations
  • Client guidance in setting up necessary infrastructure to host Benefit products.

Required Skills:

  • BSc. in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience with Windows Server administration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration and querying
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols
  • Knowledge of email technologies (email servers clients, IMAP, SMTP, POP, spf, DKIM, DMARC, etc.) is considered as a strong asset
  • Understanding of web applications hosting (web servers, DNS records-public/internals), firewall traffic directioning rules, ssl certificates, etc.) is highly desired
  • Problem solving mentality
  • Good communication skills.
