Head of Academy
Everllence Hellas Ltd is looking for a Head of PrimeServ Academy in Piraeus.

We can offer you the following tasks

• Cascade targets and relevant communication throughout the department and organization
• Meetings with Sales Dpt. to customer premises regarding technical suppor
• Coordination of Academy and Technical Instructors/ Coordinators
• Responsible to support the growth strategies within the region
• Develop and implement marketing plans in coordination with the sales budget.
• Business Review / Reporting in a structured and professional manner.
• Organize and conduct of theoretical & practical training courses at PrimeServ Academy Piraeus and external training locations.
• Develop trainings including didactics, manuals, questionnaires and training-related material.
• Plan the Qualification Process technical update of technical instructors according to the management's instructions.
• Organize and plan Academy's daily operation.
• Plan Academy's hardware (electronic equipment, hand-tools, safety gear, manuals, classes, etc.) for the adequate execution of existing and future courses.
• Ensure safety of training's participants and security of Academy's premises.t

You Can Help Us With These Qualifications

• University Diploma or Technological Institute degree in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering or Automation
• Master in Marine Engineering or Maritime Operations would be considered as an asset Previous experience in shipping industry (experience in Main Engines' operation & maintenance and/or experience in marine engines performance and electronic systems)
• Able to liaise and communicate at all levels in the business
• Methodical & pays attention to detail, organizational skills
• Eager to share and pass on knowledge to team and participants
• Results driven, ability to develop and retain key business ,consultant and customer relationships
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• MS office literacy and excellent IT skills
• Strong Communication Skills and excellent presentation skills
• Customer focused, results oriented, high self-motivated and self-organized
• Ability to multitask and deliver results in a timely manner
• Ability to work in a team
