Project Coordinator SAP BI/BW

Everllence Hellas Ltd is looking for a Project Coordinator SAP BI/BW for Data Processing & Cleansing dpt in Piraeus.

We can offer you the following tasks
As a Project Coordinator for SAP BI/BW, you will be in regular contact with specialist departments, translate their business and technical knowledge into requirement specifications, and ensure that these are implemented responsibly and on time.

The Job Also Includes The Following Tasks

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP Analytics applications.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP reporting solutions across key business functions such as Production, Logistics, Finance, and Cost Controlling.
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Adoption: Drive the adoption of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) as the primary tool for analytics and planning across various departments.
• Team Management: Manage cross-functional teams in the delivery of customized SAP solutions, leveraging live and import connections from ECC, BW/4HANA, and other data sources.
• Continuous Improvement: Ensure continuous improvement and optimization of existing SAP reports, enhancing user experience and data accuracy.
• Project Management: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery within scope and budget.
• Training and Workshops: Conduct workshops and training sessions for key business users to enable effective use of SAP tools for reporting and planning.

You Can Help Us With These Qualifications
Education and Experience:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Extensive experience in SAP BI/BW and SAP Analytics, with a strong focus on SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BW/4HANA
• Proven experience in team coordination or project management roles.
• Very good written and spoken English skills – German skills are great plus

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP SD and/or SAP FI CO
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts.
• Knowledge of SAP BI/BW, including SAP BW/4HANA and SAP BusinessObjects.
• Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other related technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of Everllence's Business Landscape and Data Structure is a great asset
