Procurement Specialist

We are currently seeking a
Procurement Specialist
to join our procurement team and support daily purchasing and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, compare, and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure optimal purchasing decisions.
• Create and monitor purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers both in Greece and abroad.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate closely with the warehouse/logistics department.
• Enter and update supplier and order data in the company's ERP system.
• Support the procurement team with reporting, cost analysis, and data tracking for process optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in
  Business Administration
  ,
  Supply Chain Management
  , or a related field.
• Previous experience in a
  Purchasing or Sales Department
  .
• Excellent command of the
  English language
  (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience with
  ERP systems
  (preferably
  Entersoft
  ).
• Strong computer skills – proficient in
  MS Office
  , especially
  Excel
  .
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with
  import/export procedures
  and logistics documentation.
• Experience working with
  international suppliers
  .
• Knowledge of
  market research
  and
  data analysis
  techniques.
