Κύρια Καθήκοντα & Ευθύνες

  • Επίβλεψη, καθοδήγηση και αξιολόγηση της ομάδας Technical Advisors.
  • Οργάνωση και προγραμματισμός καθημερινών τεχνικών επισκέψεων και έργων (scheduling & coordination).
  • Έλεγχος ποιότητας, τεχνικού αποτελέσματος και συμμόρφωσης με προδιαγραφές & πρότυπα.
  • Παροχή τεχνικής καθοδήγησης για σύνθετες περιπτώσεις και troubleshooting.
  • Ανάλυση τεχνικών προβλημάτων και εξασφάλιση ολοκληρωμένων λύσεων στους πελάτες.
  • Παρακολούθηση των KPIs της ομάδας και σύνταξη τεχνικών reports.
  • Συνεργασία με τα Τμήματα Sales, Operations και Customer Service για ομαλή ροή πληροφοριών.
  • Τήρηση διαδικασιών ασφάλειας (HSE) και διασφάλιση ορθής χρήσης εξοπλισμού.
  • Διαχείριση τεχνικής τεκμηρίωσης, manuals και προτύπων διαδικασιών.
  • Εκπαίδευση της ομάδας σε τεχνικές δεξιότητες, προϊόντα και διαδικασίες.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανολογίας, Ηλεκτρολογίας, Τεχνολογικών Εφαρμογών ή συναφές πεδίο.
  • Προϋπηρεσία 3–5 ετών σε τεχνικό ρόλο και τουλάχιστον 1–2 έτη σε θέση Supervisor ή Team Leader.
  • Ικανότητα σύνθεσης τεχνικών λύσεων και επίλυσης απαιτητικών προβλημάτων.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση εργαλείων CRM/ERP & project planning.
  • Άριστες ηγετικές, οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Δυνατότητα μετακινήσεων & onsite παρουσίας σε έργα.
  • Ικανότητα σύνταξης τεχνικών αναφορών και τεκμηρίωσης.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.
