Job Description
  • Lead pre-sales engagements for Data Analytics, ML and GenAI initiatives - from qualification and discovery through to proposal and bid submission.
  • Collaborate with delivery, product, and engineering teams to co-develop winning proposals, Proof-of-Concepts or Proof-of-Value, and reusable solution assets.
  • Play a significant role in the pre-sales positioning, demonstration, and customization of Netcompany's proprietary analytics and AI solutions/frameworks such as PULSE, EASLEY, and FENIX, adapting them to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Work closely with Netcompany's horizontal and vertical teams to ensure solution offerings are relevant, future-proof, and aligned with market trends.
  • Support strategic account planning and client engagement activities with value propositions, demos, and roadmaps.
  • Continuously monitor the market and technology landscape to integrate relevant AI and data innovations into the pre-sales toolkit.
  • Hire, coach and mentor junior pre-sales consultants and support the development of knowledge assets and capability decks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, AI, or platform solutioning, including at least 5 years in a pre-sales or consulting role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical sales or proposal work in complex environments.
  • Strong familiarity with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and AI ecosystems.
  • Fluency in English and Greek is required.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of modern data platforms including Azure Synapse, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and modern data analytics and GenAI platforms.
  • Experience in cloud-native architecture, data lakehouse frameworks (medallion architecture), and data ingestion/transformation tooling.
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment and automation tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes) will be considered a plus.
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices (e.g., GDPR, ISO standards) is a strong asset.
Leadership Skills:
  • Proven experience in leading solutioning or pre-sales efforts in a consulting, enterprise, or systems integrator environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a structured, problem-solving mindset.
  • Collaborative leadership style with a focus on innovation, agility, and excellence.
