What You Bring to the Team

Essential Requirements
:

• A minimum of
  3 years of experience
  in a similar presales or tender management role, preferably in a
  systems integrator, consulting firm, or technology provider
  .
• Proven expertise in
  public sector tender processes
  , including drafting and managing
  Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  ,
  Requests for Quotations (RFQs)
  , and
  Requests for Information (RFIs)
  .
• Deep understanding of
  IT proposal development
  , including
  functional requirements analysis
  , cost estimation, and solution architecture design.
• Familiarity with
  contractual, regulatory, and compliance standards
  for public sector tenders.
• Proficiency in
  ΙΤ tools
  like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), along with
  document management systems
  or specialized tender management software.
• Fluent English communication skills
  , both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling client presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to
  work independently
  or as part of a
  small, cross-functional team
  .

Your Key Responsibilities

As part of your role, you will:

• Coordinate cross-functional contributions
  from sales, product, and engineering teams to produce comprehensive tender responses.
• Deliver
  IT presentations and demonstrations
  to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of proposed solutions.
• Maintain and update tender documentation templates, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Manage relationships with key public sector stakeholders, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and trust.
• Leverage tools like
  CRM systems
  and reporting frameworks to maintain an organized pipeline of tender activities.
