We're looking for a motivated and technically skilled Presales Engineerto join our team and help bridge the gap between customer needs and tailored technical solutions.

The Presales Engineer will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the sales process. This role involves understanding customer requirements, proposing appropriate solution and demonstrating the technical capabilities of them to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer technical requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of cybersecurity and network solutions to potential clients.
  • Design and propose customized cybersecurity solutions that address the specific needs of clients.
  • Prepare architecture designs and solution descriptions in cooperation with the delivery teams.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the product offerings, features, and benefits to support the sales process
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights and recommendations on best practices in cybersecurity and network solutions.
  • Prepare technical proposals according to customer requirements, for RFI, RFQ or RFPs
  • Manage and execute PoCs to showcase the effectiveness of our solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant pre-sales experience in similar positions.
  • 4+ years of experience related to cybersecurity or networking solutions.
  • Expertise in cybersecurity technologies across multiple domains (e.g. SIEM, Endpoint Protection, SD-WAN, Cloud Security, Firewalling, SASE, PAM, Threat Intelligence, Email security)
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity & networking products from vendors like HPE, Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet.
  • Understanding of industry standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, NIST)
  • Understanding of Industry Regulations such as GDPR, DORA, NIS 2
  • Up to date Sales, Presales, or Technical Certifications from Cybersecurity technology vendors are required
  • Career Certifications such as CC, CISSP, CCNA, CCNP will be considered as a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
  • Excellent writing skills (both for Greek and English) for RFP responses, proposals, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language is required.
