Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring all departments consistently deliver premium service to guests
  • Serve as the primary contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues swiftly and professionally
  • Oversee front desk procedures including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation handling
  • Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and a consistently elevated guest experience
  • Conduct routine inspections of public areas, rooms, and facilities to uphold cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards
  • Support employee training and foster a positive, team-oriented work culture
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Manage emergency situations and represent hotel management during off-hours or in the absence of senior leadership
  • Monitor room availability, overbooking situations, and special requests in coordination with Front Office and Housekeeping
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, brand standards, and emergency procedures
  • Communicate key issues and service highlights to Executive Management via duty reports or handovers
  • Personally welcome and ensure smooth arrivals/departures for VIPs and Hilton Honors Elite guests
  • Ensure all security, health & safety, and guest privacy protocols are strictly followed

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within the hotel industry, preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-centric approach to service
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with a diverse clientele and team
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment
  • Fluency in Greek and English is essential
