The role will report to the Store Manager.
Location: Spata
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Lead the sales team by example to ensure a consistent and high-level customer experience
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales goals
- Focus on visual merchandising, setup, and restocking. Set the customer service standard that must reflect the brand's standard.
- Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and be able to define and communicate to customers the importance of the company's history and heritage.
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, transfers, and stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety protocols
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that supports team development and morale
- Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role (preferably in a fashion retail brand)
- Knowledge of Retail sales dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to lead a team and drive results in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
