Store Manager (Attiki )
Αναφερόμενος/η στην Area Sales Manager, οι κύριες αρμοδιότητές του/της θα είναι οι εξής:
Η Επίτευξη των στόχων πωλήσεων του καταστήματος, οι οποίοι βασίζονται στους προσδιοριζόμενους από την εταιρεία στόχους
Η μεγιστοποίηση και βελτίωση των ΚPIs του καταστήματος
Η βέλτιστη ποιοτική εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών, αλλά και η εκπαίδευση των πωλητών του καταστήματος σε σχέση με τεχνικές πωλήσεων και λειτουργικά καθήκοντα
Το In-Store Merchandising
H Εξέλιξη και Ανάπτυξη των πωλητών του καταστήματος
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**:
Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια προϋπηρεσία στο χώρο της λιανικής σε αντίστοιχη θέση
(Προηγούμενη εμπειρία στο χώρο του παιδικού ρούχου θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον πρoσόν)
Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
Προσανατολισμό στην εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη
Ικανότητα στη διαχείριση ανθρώπων
Ικανότητα στην επίλυση προβλημάτων, λήψη πρωτοβουλιών και επίτευξη στόχων
Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και χρήσης Η/Υ
