Η εταιρία επιθυμεί να εντάξει στο νέο της κατάστημα στην Καλαμάτα έναν/μία Store Manager πλήρους απασχόλησης, με αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στη διαχείριση καταστημάτων λιανικής και ιδανικά στον χώρο της ένδυσης, για σταθερή συνεργασία.

Περιγραφή καθηκόντων

  • Οργάνωση και καθημερινή διαχείριση του καταστήματος
  • Καθοδήγηση, εκπαίδευση και παρακίνηση της ομάδας πωλήσεων
  • Επίτευξη στόχων πωλήσεων και KPIs
  • Διασφάλιση άριστης εμπειρίας πελάτη
  • Έλεγχος και αναπλήρωση αποθεμάτων
  • Τήρηση εταιρικών διαδικασιών και reporting στη διοίκηση

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε θέση Store Manager ή αντίστοιχη
  • Ικανότητες ηγεσίας, οργάνωσης, παρακίνησης και διαχείρισης ομάδας
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
  • Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση πελάτη και στη μεγιστοποίηση πωλήσεων
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών & Η/Υ
