Scope of Role
The Store Manager will be responsible for the full operational, commercial, and people management of the store. This role requires a strong focus on achieving sales targets, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and leading a motivated, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, managing schedules, performance, and training needs.
- Drive sales performance by adopting an omnichannel approach and fostering a customer-first culture.
- Manage inventory, stock control, cash flow, and reporting processes in line with company guidelines.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation reflect brand identity.
- Deliver accurate reports on sales, operations, and market trends while promoting company values and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Results-driven and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Greek and English; computer literacy is required.
