Ο Όμιλος Pet City είναι η μεγαλύτερη αλυσίδα καταστημάτων τροφών και αξεσουάρ κατοικίδιων ζώων στην Ελλάδα, με παρουσία άνω των 35 χρόνων στο χώρο του λιανικού εμπορίου. Η ομάδα μας αποτελείται από ένα δίκτυο 100+ καταστημάτων και 800 ανθρώπων που αγαπούν τα ζώα, τους αρέσει η εξέλιξη και η γνώση και δίνουμε καθημερινά τον καλύτερό μας εαυτό στην Pet εξυπηρέτηση. Στα πλαίσια της ανάπτυξης μας αναζητούμε ενθουσιώδεις υποψηφίους με πάθος για τις πωλήσεις, τη διαχείριση ομάδας και προσανατολισμένοι στην καλύτερη δυνατή εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών για να καλύψουν τη θέση Store Manager στα καταστήματά μας.

Ως Store Manager είσαι ο εμπνευστής και καθοδηγητής της ομάδας σου. Με τις ηγετικές σου δεξιότητες και την εμπειρία σου στο Retail θα φροντίζεις κάθε Pet Parent να μας εμπιστεύεται τόσο για τις αγορές, όσο και για την φροντίδα των αγαπημένων τους pets. Οι επικοινωνιακές σου δεξιότητες, η πελατοκεντρική σου προσέγγιση, το ομαδικό σου πνεύμα και, φυσικά, η αγάπη σου για τα κατοικίδια θα σε βοηθήσουν να ξεχωρίσεις σε αυτή τη θέση

Οι αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας του καταστήματος και της τήρησης των διαδικασιών του Group
  • Σωστή παρουσίαση των εμπορευμάτων στο ράφι- merchandising
  • Ανακύκλωση ημερομηνιών Fifo
  • Στήσιμο εμπορικών ενεργειών εντός καταστήματος
  • Διοίκηση και καθοδήγηση ομάδας καταστήματος
  • Ανάγνωση δεικτών απόδοσης - εφαρμογή ομαδικών και ατομικών στόχων
  • Διαχείριση παραπόνων πελατών
Requirements

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο - ιδανικά εμπειρία σε μοντέλο εξυπηρέτησης customer experience
  • Εμπειρία στη διοίκηση και καθοδήγηση ομάδας
  • Εμπειρία σε δείκτες μέτρησης απόδοσης
  • Γνώση Αγγλικών και λογισμικού ERP
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα
  • Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη
  • Αγάπη για κατοικίδια
