Guess, a renowned leader in the global fashion industry, is seeking a *Store Manager* to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support their team in daily operations, ensuring the store provides exceptional service and achieves its sales goals.

  • Store Manager in daily operations and overall management of the store.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Ensure product displays, signage, and merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new employees to ensure a knowledgeable team.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock replenishment and orders.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Univercity diploma required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
