For our Nike store located in Ermou, we are looking for a Coach that will report to the Store Manager

As our Nike Retail Store Coach, your mission will be to create an environment that will provide a premium consumer and employee experience and implementing/executing programs to drive business results.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage all daily activities for a specific area of the store and develop talent to build a diverse, well informed, high performing team
  • Ensure teams are building authentic connections with our consumers through effective use of Nike service programs
  • From receiving in the stockroom to visual merchandising on the sales floor, the Coach will make sure that the consumer always has access to the right product at the right time
  • Identify issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback
  • Assist the Store Manager in matters of goods' management

Qualifications and Competencies required:

  • A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years' retail experience or 4 years' retail experience in absence of a degree
  • A minimum of 1 year's management experience
  • Proven experience in retail management, including experience in coaching and mentoring people
  • Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A good team player
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to use retail business systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays according to operational needs
