Order Coordinator Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage orders from initial scheduling (order entry to ERP System) through delivery.
  • Ensure seamless after sales management.
  • Closely monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate data by performing regular updates in our order management system.
  • Ancillary task: Ascertain timely delivery by appropriately scheduling and tracking orders.
  • Proactively resolve any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or delay delivery.

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and honesty.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills.

Education and Training Requirements:

A university degree would be beneficial. Proficient in English - written and oral communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and order management software. Most importantly, the right temperament and attention to customer service that benefits our community and company accordingly.

Key Performance Indicators: Monitor order fulfillment rate, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure timely delivery and quality customer service.
