ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, an international Law Firm, is seeking a General Duties Employee.

Location: Athens

Working Model: on-site

You will be reporting to: Managing Partner

What you will do:

Acting as a General Duties Employee, being responsible for a variety of administrative and support tasks, including clerical duties, data entry, and driving company errands to assist different departments as needed.

More specifically:

  • Assist with general office support tasks (photocopying, filing, messenger duties)
  • Drive company vehicle to complete assigned errands efficiently and safely
  • Provide support to various departments as needed to maintain workflow
  • Assist staff with minor clerical tasks to improve office productivity
  • Handle basic data entry and format documents using Microsoft Office

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
