What you'll be doing

  • Providedaily support to the HR department in managing core HR functions and duties
  • Maintainaccurate and up-to-date employee records, both in digital (HRMS, SAPSuccessFactors) and physical formats
  • Handlethe full lifecycle of employment processes including onboarding, contractmodifications, and offboarding
  • Manageand process employee shift schedule updates, new hires, terminations, leave requests,employment contracts, digital ID cards time-keeping, and staff listings in the Erganisystem Process daily the employees' injuries in Hellenic Labour Inspectorate.Also, process the data for the occupational doctor technical safety advisor
  • Ensurecompliance with labor regulations by maintaining proper documentation for anyaudits or inquiries initiated by the Hellenic Labour Inspectorate
  • Monitorand support the management of employee leaves and absences; liaised with EFKAfor relevant procedures or clarifications Process employees' requests andprovide relevant information
  • Collaborateclosely with Store and Department Managers to support staffing and personnelmatters
  • Addressemployee inquiries, processed HR-related requests, and provide accurateinformation in a timely and professional manner
  • Assistwith payroll processing, offering support to the payroll department in handlingdiscrepancies or special cases
  • Communicatewith public services when necessary
  • Ensurestrict confidentiality and secure handling of all personal and sensitiveemployee data in accordance with GDPR and internal policies

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 1–3years of experience in an HR-related role - you're confident in the essentials and looking to expand your impact.
  • Familiarity with Scan-HRMS? That's a strong plus – if you've got it, we want to hear about it
  • Excellentcommand of Greek & English (written and spoken)
  • Excellentknowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills - you know how to listen, support, and connect with people
  • Organizationaland multi-tasking skill - you can keep multiple plates spinning without breaking a sweat
  • Customerservice mindset and empathy – you care about people and it shows
  • A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit – you're someone people want to work with
