HR SPECIALIST

consulting Firm, operating in Greece and 104 countries globally, is seeking for an HR

SPECIALIST to join our HR Department. The role is responsible to Develop and

implement HR dept and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy in

recruitment, training, performance management, administrative tasks.

Your main accountabilities:

 Manage the recruitment and selection process

 Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

 Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

 Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

 Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job

board/newspapers/colleges. LinkedIn, etc

 Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

 Screen candidates resumes and job applications

 Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection

tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

Qualifications:

 Proven working experience as HR Specialist or HR Assistant

 People oriented and results driven

 Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

 Knowledge of HR systems and databases

 Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

 Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

 Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all

levels of the company

 Degree in Human Resources (Bachelor or MBA)
