Role

We are looking for a highly motivated
Senior IT Support Engineer
to join our team and support the management of critical internal systems, user access, and enterprise applications across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user access and permissions in
    Microsoft Windows Active Directory
    for on-site and remote systems (VPN, Exchange, e-payroll, file sharing, etc.).
  • Administer
    Azure Active Directory
    (User/Group Management, MFA, Conditional Access).
  • Oversee
    Exchange Online
    administration.
  • Implement and configure authorizations through
    AMS
    for key corporate applications (ΦΑΙΔΡΑ, ΘΑΛΕΙΑ, PPCFR, ΗΛΕΚΤΡΑ, Evaluations, Cash System, Deletions).
  • Manage user creation, access provisioning and role assignment in
    SAP ERP (FI, MM, PS, HCM, SD), SAP ISU/BW, and SAP IT
    for the company and its subsidiaries.
  • Configure and create roles in
    SAP ERP & ISU
    , including full Developer Key management.
  • Generate administrative reports from SAP systems to support decision-making.
  • Grant user access to applications based on
    Oracle Database
    .
  • Provide Help Desk support via ticketing systems and resolve technical requests.
  • Prepare feasibility reports related to technological procurements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strong team spirit to achieve corporate objectives.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience with
    Windows Server
    and
    Active Directory
    environments
  • Knowledge of
    Exchange Online
    administration
  • Understanding of
    SAP Authorization
    concepts and role management
  • Familiarity with
    Oracle Access Management
  • Basic knowledge of
    SQL
  • Experience with
    Joomla
    (considered a plus)
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple requests
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work approach
