The Opportunity

EVY Technology is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team in Athens.

This is a hands-on production role for a detail-oriented professional with solid experience in printing and digital design.

You will work directly with the Creative Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the international EVY team to adapt and expand the brand's visual identity through high-quality creative execution.

This position is production-oriented and ideal for designers who are confident in taking creative direction and transforming it into high-quality, ready-to-use materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and adapt visual materials for packaging, print collaterals, social media campaigns, eCommerce assets, and trade materials.
  • Ensure full alignment with EVY brand guidelines across all media, maintaining visual consistency and accuracy.
  • Prepare print-ready and digital production files, following prepress standards and internal processes.
  • Support campaign rollouts through motion/video editing and creative adaptation for online platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and international teams to maintain design coherence and efficiency.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Support in seasonal campaign rollouts and localised adaptations for the Greek market.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design for both printing and digital environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).
  • Familiarity with AI or 3D will be considered a plus.
  • Proven ability to apply and adapt structured brand guidelines within corporate frameworks.
  • Strong sense of layout, composition, typography, and design precision.
  • Experience working with international or structured brands is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with marketing and content teams.
  • Fluent in English.

Reporting & Workflow

  • Report directly to the Creative Marketing Manager and collaborate with the EVY International team.
  • The role requires strong self-management, flexibility, and confidence working within an established brand guideline environment.
