We are looking for an
experienced Graphic Designer

with a "
can-do

" attitude

to join our talented team. Our ideal candidate will display creative perception of giving shape into ideas 

and deep understanding of visual hierarchy along with information design concepts and apply it to deliverables.

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Graphic Designer, your tasks will include:

• Delivery of effective, aesthetic, and on-strategy creative graphic design work for logos, corporate identity, print and digital media (brochures, flyers, presentations, web pages, email promotional creatives, email and newsletter templates, social media graphics & google ads, banner ads, 2D animation and videos, etc.)
• Collaboration with Marketing team to translate creative briefs into eye-catchy visuals and develop promotional graphics and web materials (conceptualizing visuals based on requirements)
• Design within brand guidelines with the vision to push these as far as possible and create content that is on brand and reflects the company's overall aesthetic.
• Applying design principles, such as concept development, color theory, typography, interfaces, and layout
• Market monitoring and analysis of related work presented by targeted companies
• Keeping up with industry standards, new trends and UI//UX patterns
• Ensuring all creative projects maintain a high degree of quality and consistency in visual elements.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience
   as a Graphic Designer
  , preferably in a fast-paced working environment
• Complete studies in Graphic Design/ Applied Arts or similar field
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro)
• Experience with graphic design tools such as InVision, Canva, Lottie
• Ability to 'get into' concepts and create stunning visuals (packaging, logos, branding assets, campaign assets, catalogues, social media static post assets etc. )
• Basic knowledge of marketing tools (Google analytics/ads, social media advertising)
• A strong eye for typography and understanding of technical constraints and digital-first design
• Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS and the Magento platform will be considered a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English

• A keen eye for aesthetics and visual details with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts

• Sense of code of ethics.
