The Role in Detail

Are you passionate about creativity, design, and visual communication? Do you thrive on transforming ideas into stunning visual concepts? If you have a creative spirit, an eye for detail, and the ability to tell stories through design, this role is for you

As a Graphic Designer, you will be at the heart of the creative process, shaping visual identity and producing materials that elevate customer experience. You will work closely with our Digital Strategy team, UX/UI designers, and developers to craft visually engaging, consistent, and purpose-driven content tailored to each of our clients' projects.

Who You Are: Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone with 1-2 Years of Graphic Design Experience who's ready to dive into a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. Here's a snapshot of the skills we'd love to see:

Must-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a digital graphic designer, either in an agency or in-house creative team.
• Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a focus on creating digital-first assets.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition for digital platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality, pixel-perfect digital designs and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative, embrace feedback, and continuously learn and grow in the field of digital design.
• Team spirit – positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with our Digital Strategy and Technology teams to design digital-first visual solutions that elevate client-facing products and experiences.
• Create clean, user-friendly digital graphics for dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and interactive interfaces.
• Support the design of technical documentation, presentations, and prototypes for client deliverables.
• Contribute to the visual design of applications, websites, and digital platforms, ensuring clarity, usability, and aesthetic consistency.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to bring complex ideas to life through intuitive and impactful digital visuals.
• Research and apply the latest digital design trends, tools, and technologies to deliver innovative, client-centric solutions.
